Dreadful experience. Messed me around the whole time. Website wouldnt work wouldnt book viewing over phone insisted i had to create account just to view the property even though i was having problemsnwuth this. Then after struggling with this i managed to create account and booked viewing I turned up there and they didnt even have key code for safe to get key to goninside the property. So didnt evenbsee the place. Very unprofessional. I wont be wasting my time with this agency again

GoogleWe've recently sold our property through Savills following a 18m journey with other local agents, and could not be happier with the support that they gave us. Dan provided great guidance on pricing strategy, and once we'd accepted an offer, Ele proved to be absolutely outstanding through the transaction. She was consistent in updating us/checking in, even when there wasn't anything to really update on, and the way in which she handled subsequent negotiations was faultless. She was incredibly responsive, thoughtful in her advice and really made sure that we felt well represented even when things weren't going our way.

Excellent service and competitive pricingExcellent service and competitive pricing.Generated a large number of interested buyers and arranged viewings with minimum fuss.Haley was brilliant at keeping us up to date with the latest offers and managing the sales process to keep the buyers well informed and interested. She was also extremely helpful during the negotiation period.Savills experience and wide reaching network of offices was extremely useful when it came to preparing and signing all the necessary documentation and explaining the structure of the sale.

Very good company for sellers because most of them are traders and they support them.Beware of buying thru their auction , this is the place where you will be mislead , if you buy without doing due diligence, this auction company whatever you see being sold comes back again and again with lower price to catch new innocent buyers , like bait is used to catch the fish, same way innocent buyers are caught thru there network and pricing . Whatever lot you see and think of buying, please go back to previous auction catalogues and you find the the truth and the trick they use for innocents.

They say that moving home is second most stressful thing in life. That It was a very stressful time selling when faced with buyers who are inconsiderate, however David handled it exceptionally well taking full ownership of engagement between all parties right down to help arrange my removals within 24 hours!!! Victoria Short from Savills in Stamford has looked after both the sale on our family home of over 20 years and our search for a new house. Inevitably there were some stresses along the way but Victoria and all the team in the office were efficient and patient throughout, with particular effort and good negotiation skills in the last frazzled days before exchange of contracts. The wider marketing and pr team secured a feature in the Financial Times property section which led to quite a few new viewings. All in all, I would recommend.

Today is Tuesday 2nd March 1.10pm. I called Savills to ask the date a house was up for auction as it wasn’t clear to me on the website. The young girl who answered the phone was so unhelpful. She said I should find out myself has she will only have to google it herself. I asked her name she told me that her name wasn’t relevant. Appalling service!!

unfortunatelly I had rented an apartment with this company as administrator and I have no air conditioner the last 8 days. (this is a pretty new building and I am the first person to live in the appartment and have a lot of issues inside).No body reach out me, they a not able and don´t want to help you if you try to call in the customer service.I don´t recommned this company.I am living inside a oven the last 8 days and nobody cares.the lift is not working the last week too and nobody was able to contact the OTIS to fix it.
