I am renting an apartment by savills and I moved in less than a month ago. The cooktop and dishwasher did not work and they told me to fix it with Miele. Also, the shower drain doesn’t drain and I can’t shower without the entire bathroom floor getting wet. They told me they’d send me a handy man and never did.

A week later i call and i get the same promise, that was a week ago. its good job am not holding my breath. Diabolical service. i would recommend that you don't use this company.
