We were tenants for almost two years and during our stay we got very nice attention from Savills. Property Managers Ritesh Goupal and Cato Ng answered quickly to any inquiry that we had regarding the apartment and our tenancy.If we had any issue on the flat or questions about the agreement, managers were able to find help and answer our questions as soon as possible.

I have dealt with Savills for a good many years now, they have always managed to find good tenants for us. They are right up to date with the latest legislation, however, this inevitably generates a huge amount of necessary correspondence, which can be very time consuming. The end result always seems to justify all that is involved.

Absolute nightmare company. Provided false information in regards to how our application would be processed which led to us “failing”. Then tried to illegally withhold our holding deposit. Scammers.

The website rarely works, if you view a property online then you can only view one photo despite listing numerous, last week you could only view "Sold" properties (laughable). In my personal dealings with them Ive also found them to be arrogant. LIke customers aren't worthy of them. Needs to change

GoogleI work at a university close to the Clerkenwell office and wanted to thank Savills for their help in selling one of our properties. We initially listed it in April and the sale was completed in October. My main contact was Tom and I must say he is a pleasure to work with. Tom provided a highly polished, informative and professional service at all times, which made for a seamless process throughout. It was his attention to detail that I was most impressed with, down to alerting me beforehand when he was on leave and providing a contact to oversee things until he returned. Tom updated me through every step, liaised with our solicitors and provided much needed advice to me at a difficult stage of the sale which was very much appreciated. TrustpilotDisrespectful service, slow to provide information
When we moved in, they didn’t provided a significant number of instructions on how the property operates, including the door code, and intercom system. Getting this information took a significant amount of time. Another example which I think exemplifies the poor quality of service and lack if respect from savlills, when we had an electrical outage, they require you to pay for the service if the electrician is able to resolve the problem using steps they send you via sms. Although I see the logic in this it seems like in the end if for some reason you mess up the steps they send(which involves a great deal of knowledge about the set up of your new flat), their responsibility to provide a service disappears.

This review is based on management, do not work for savills especially if you're Security. They expect you to be beaten or stabbed and you are not allowed to defend yourself even using SIA training or you get fired. They do not support staff and have caused colleagues deterioration of their mental health and have used it against them. Please if you value your sanity do not work for this soul crushing company.
