GoogleSpyros and Elena at Northview lettings have been doing our tenancy agreements and tenancy checks for a number of years, we find them to be professional and efficient at all stages of this work. They are readily available and always approachable for friendly and professional advice. Northview have definitely helped make renting out our property stress free and less time consuming.

GoogleI have used Spyros and Elena over a number of years now and found them an absolute pleasure to deal with, polite, professional and prompt and willing to go the extra mile to taken any hassle out of renting (and I'm sure the same would apply for purchasing). I have no hesitation in recommending them unreservedly.

GoogleI thought they were professional. But after 2years near with them keeping the house clean and bright better than when it was given ...they stole from my deposit 220pounds, after even make them favour paying a higher rent on papers to help the landlord with her mortgage..... unbelievable
