GoogleUnprofessional staff and extremely poor communication. The staff asked me personal questions which seemed irrelevant when simply enquiring about a property. Especially as I had not been asked such questions by other agencies, at least until the offer was accepted. I arranged a viewing and did not receive a call back or a confirmation email. When I reached the property, no one turned up from the agency. I left several voicemails as well but did not hear back or even get an apology.
Sorry if you felt so but we have to screen all applicants to make sure they fulfil the requirements. We do our best to return calls where requested or needed.
