TrustpilotHighly professional agents delivering results
I recently had the pleasure of working with KFH (Belsize Park) while selling my house, and I must say, their services were absolutely top-notch. Right from the beginning, they demonstrated a deep understanding of the real estate market and navigated the sales process with remarkable expertise.Peter West stood out for his tenacity and his extraordinary commitment to our objectives. At times when the sale faced delays due to issues on the buyer's end, he showed an exceptional drive, persistently following up with the buyer and their solicitor. His proactive approach ensured that the process stayed on track, and he continuously communicated with us to keep us updated. What impressed me most was how he always went the extra mile to secure our interests. His negotiation skills are commendable, and he always sought the best outcome for us. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to finalize the sale within our desired timeframe and at a price we were pleased with.It was indeed a pleasure to have KFH represent us. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and tireless pursuit of our interests has set a high bar for real estate agents. I would highly recommend KFH to anyone in need of a reliable and effective real estate agent. You can rest assured, knowing they will go above and beyond to deliver results.

TrustpilotNot bad, not great.
I chose KFY because I was impressed by their local expertise and realistic approach to valuation in comparison with other agents. We had some initial hiccups (like posting the property online with the wrong details), but overall the experience was pretty smooth. It was a challenging market at the time and viewings etc were slow, so that didn't help. But I just never felt my business was at all valued by KFH and I don't think I'd use them again.

TrustpilotDreadful! Don’t waste your time
I had a dreadful, draining and time consuming experience with this property management company based in Wimbledon! My husband and I had an issue with the parking permit which suppose to reach out postbox back in February- received later - so we end up receiving a penalty for not displaying a parking permit. the penalty was partially paid and I duly requested for a refund! This happened in February 2023 - I have been dealing with Michelle Lwetutte who seems the be the most reasonable human being there- Sara Younas the manager apparently who did not even bother to call me back after asking for my contact number. After months of chasing we have not received the refund of £60 ish, can you believe? I asked to escalate the issue to Stephen Britton - Team Head - who assisted with the issue without solving it but then through it back to Michelle.Since February 2023 I have been chasing for a refund and today 12 July 2023 I had to call in again ?! Michelle said that the payment gets processed tomorrow so will be reaching my bank account by Monday! I don’t believe in any words she said! They are awful and I had enough. Is it worth it to get a lawyer involved for a £60? I am so irritated by those people attitude and they get paid by people like me to do their job! So unfair!!!
