Bought a house in a 6 property chain - aggressive tactics, putting people who are not well rounded enough or knowledgable on the job and unable to answer basic questions. Only reason they got the sale is because we fell in love with the property. Unusual email and call manner as well as unprofessional… forwarded aggressive and patronising emails from other estate agents in the chain who only had their commission in mind, as well as numerous pointless calls throughout the dayWould not recommend if you can avoid - exactly why estate agents get a bad name.

GoogleI previously rated this establishment five stars, because the agent I had who helped me sign my lease was extremely helpful. However, when you are a tenant they do not care about you at all. They were completely unhelpful when portions of the building were falling apart, and they gave me no contact information for the building manager. It was only because of a neighbor that I received the information we needed to literally enter the building. And when my heat went out in the middle of December, the only helpful solution I was provided was a link to a space heater, and the email was sent past 9pm when I tried to reach out at 2pm. The heating problem could have also been prevented if the agency listened to the recommendation of the man who came to inspect my gas and electric FOUR MONTHS prior to the incident.\ When I informed them that I would not be renewing my lease, they brought in several individuals to the apartment either without informing me OR informing me five minutes prior to their arrival, which is against the law. When I would refuse they would be extremely rude, and one lettings agent, Jamal, said that I was "much more pleasant when we first met" which was just unprofessional and uncalled for. Long story short, they will help you find a good place to leave, but after they have taken your money they won't care if you live or die.

If I could give no stars I would. The rent is consistently paid late with some months missing. Kelly Mckvoy is ok with this and is not willing to do anything about it. Aprils rent being paid in may is not acceptable and causing cash flow problems but no one seems to care
