GoogleI had such a great experience with Matt from the Islington Office. He did an excellent job on showing me many places that fit my needs. I did not make it easy as I had a lot of requirements, but Matt found some great options. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and why, so that he could show me the best options possible. GoogleMatthew Bird at Foxtons Islington was incredibly helpful when I was looking for a new apartment to let. I was speaking to a lot of letting agents and he really stood apart from the crowd. He listened to what I wanted and only contacted me when he had something that was a viable option and actually ticked my boxes. He genuinely seemed interested in finding me an apartment that worked for me and was the right fit. I was often the first person to see something new to the market with him as he always had his ear to the ground. I have recommended him to all my friends and is the only letting agent I would use in the area again.

I have give the deposit for one house after 2 weeks I sign the contract and I recive call from agent with one responding: Sorry you are failed in bank statements. This situation si very stressfully for me and my family. I have tell to my lawyer to go back for this chase because his make me sick.

He showed us around a few properties and while we did not ultimately purchase one of these, Neil was the most helpful agent we worked with and did a brilliant job of showing us around potential properties, explaining the process to us clearly and following up. I liked the more subtle approach to sales - invited a number of viewings in one time block, not pushy just offering the right detail, attentive to queries on both sides and truly worth the reassurance for getting nice tenants. GoogleI would not recommend whether you’re a tenant or a landlord. When we moved into the property they managed, it was absolutely filthy, with years of dirt and grime built up. Although our purchasing contract didn’t include a cleaning service(we purchased with a different agency) it’s the agency’s responsibility to ensure that previous tenants leave the property in a clean and acceptable condition, as outlined in every rental agreement. This failure shows a complete lack of care and oversight. If they can’t enforce basic cleanliness standards, it raises serious concerns about how they manage properties in general. Landlords should think twice before trusting this agency to manage their property, as this neglect could seriously damage its value and reputation. Overall, a highly disappointing experience.
