GoogleAdam was very prompt and knowledgable about the property. He knew the area and the amenities and access and had obviously done his homework. He knew the history of the property and it’s facilities so was well ready to answer any and all of our many questions. Any agent would be lucky to have him as a negotiator in my opinion!

GoogleDidn’t know where to start with the flat buying process but one of the agents Steven, helped massively. I came with my cousin who is looking to buy with her husband and Steven was very informative. We were worried about asking too many questions but he made us feel comfortable to do and now we have a few favourites. Thank you!

We were hunting for an apartment in Islington and he was very responsive, proactive in discovering and displaying new apartments that met our criteria (sometimes before they'd been listed!), drove us between inspections, gave great tours of the surrounding areas, and had some great banter in between. GoogleWe had a fantastic experience viewing four flats with LudlowThompson yesterday. Matthew was particularly knowledgable about the properties and went above and beyond to stay later and show us an additional flat. We had a really positive viewing and left knowing exactly what the landlord was looking for and what we would need to do to place a competitive offer. Would happily recommend!

GoogleI recently moved to the UK and just completed my tenancy agreement thanks to Chris and Kerl. I did the viewing with Chris and completed all the paperwork with Kerl's help too. They both have been very helpful with al my queries and solved by doubts/problems very quickly which has made all my moving process smooth and less stressful. Both are super professional and the communication with them has been easy and fast. Couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks so much!

From the start, Matt Bird (Foxtons Islington) deeply considered how I would be living in a flat, from specific considerations around bike storage and carpet, as well as location. He provided a lot of guidance on the broader market and assistance to me through the offer process, with updates and made the admin as painless as possible. He was responsive and professional, and is clearly knowledgable about properties in the area. I did not make it easy as I had a lot of requirements, but Matt found some great options. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and why, so that he could show me the best options possible. GoogleMatthew Bird at Foxtons Islington was incredibly helpful when I was looking for a new apartment to let. I was speaking to a lot of letting agents and he really stood apart from the crowd. He listened to what I wanted and only contacted me when he had something that was a viable option and actually ticked my boxes. He genuinely seemed interested in finding me an apartment that worked for me and was the right fit. I was often the first person to see something new to the market with him as he always had his ear to the ground. I have recommended him to all my friends and is the only letting agent I would use in the area again.

Dylan Grace Taylor was excellent in helping us look although our budget did not stretch to Islington, she was extremely dedicated in finding us the limited number of properties available in our price range. She is extremely friendly and put us both at ease. Highly recommend.

I am a landlord and have received very poor service from Foxtons. No communication. Have to follow up emails several times. Frequent change of staff. High fees and provides no service at all. Regret changing over to foxtons to manage property. Stay away!

TrustpilotFoxtons found tenants for my property who filmed porn and offer "happy ending" massage services.
I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.
