GoogleI've endured four long years as their tenant in the Islington area. While I didn't encounter any issues with my landlord, my interactions with Foxtons were nothing short of disastrous. They provided zero assistance and consistently displayed aggressive and inept behavior. It felt like they were living in a different era, completely out of touch with modern standards. Their online portal is a laughingstock, with data that's perpetually outdated and reminders that make no sense whatsoever. As if that weren't enough, when my tenancy finally came to an end, Foxtons is dragging for weeks before returning my deposit, despite the landlord giving the green light for an immediate refund. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Foxtons at all costs. They're a property management company that's clearly stuck in the dark ages, and dealing with them is an exercise in frustration and disappointment.
