GoogleDo not rent from this agency they compulsively lie and are slow. The contract has been breached on their side and then they gaslight. Flat had many problems which were only discoverable on move in. They wasted my time I found tenants as they instructed then they claim they never gave me permission which isn’t true, I have an email to prove. They wouldn’t admit the landlord changed his mind. Horrible communication from Muhammad too. I hate Adrienne and Montrise the most though….they are so manipulative.

GoogleSuch a great experience with Foxton's Islington, specifically with Georgia Barnett! Once we were in touch she organised an appointment the following day, and commited a good hour + to showing us several properties, all of which were of a very high standard. She shared her insights, professional opinions and even her music recommendations. The experience with Foxton's Islington feels boutique from the moment you step in the store and are offered complimentary (glass) bottled water. Thanks for a professional, genuine and stress free experience!

GoogleWe have been very impressed by the team at Ludlowthompson in Finsbury Park who have been involved in our potential flat purchase. From the outset, they provided us with properties to see which met our criteria and were definitely of interest rather than flooding us with everything that was available, which was impressive and greatly appreciated. Nicola Dawkins, who has led the team, and Alina Halibozek have been very efficient and effective, always quickly responsive to queries, good at answering questions and also in trying to help to resolve any issues. Friendly, approachable and thoughtful, they have in summary provided a very professional service, with a personal touch, and it has been always been a pleasure dealing with them. We would happily recommend them.

Google6 months after moving house and I'm still talking about the role Nicola Dawkins played in selling my flat. She's the best estate agent I've come across - really thoughtful, caring and wanted to put into action how I wanted to move forward. She was a lovely human being and never went the traditional route of grasping for the money! Despite the competition from others to sell my flat I went with Ludlow because of Nicola.
