I called Ryan about a property I had seen online and he talked me through it and organised a viewing for that evening. He was really friendly, helpful, and was able to talk through the proprty in detail. He gave us time to look around, we weren't rushed, and he even suggested some layout options for our furntiure! I viewed a property in Acton with my daughter last night, arranged by Mario. Mario keeper me informed by email or mobile of any delays due to traffic or of any properties available. Chris the agent met us at the property. He greeted us in a professional manner and showed us round the flat. Normally when we see a flat with other agents we are rushed round and out very quickly but Chris gave us time to look round and answered all our questions. I contacted Chris Lockwood about a property I was interested in but wasn't available anymore, so he immediately provided me with very good alternatives and arranged a viewing for later in the day. This was very well organised and his charm and professionalism made my partner and I feel very welcome during the viewing and very comfortable to be around. He practiced current safety measures very well and we all wore masks indoors as well as keeping our distance. He provided us with a paper brochure of the property and details for making an offer if interested. I just went through a property purchase with Foxtons and I can only recommend this agency. In particular, Beniamino and Ana have been incredible throughout the whole process. Beniamino who I have been the most in contact with has been extremely professional, he provided great insights and advices thanks to his extensive experience. Furthermore he was always available when I wanted to visit the flat and super responsive to any requests/questions (even during weekend). My partner and I found a nearly ideal flat to rent. The service received was quick, sincere and the whole experience was delightful - our lettings negotiator was Siobhan Madden. They only downside are the high administration fees. However having browsed around for a while I had to conclude that Foxtons do generally tend to have a better selection of properties available than most other of the competitors. And one just has to swallow that cost, because losing out on a good property on some principle seemed a bit silly.
