Landlord, letting through Foxtons.

I let a flat in Fulham through Foxtons. This is what they have charged me over the past four months

Foxtons were the agents for the flat purchase I completed just yesterday and did a great job. Mohammed Islam (the agent) was always very available and professional from my first viewings all the way to completion. It was a long process but I felt I could always count on Mohammad to drive the process and to push things forward.

Great service! Did not end up renting with Foxtons, but enjoyed highly professional support while scanning the market for suitable apartments. Especially Anisah put a lot of effort in organizing viewings and showing me around.

I have been received the best estate service from Daniel. He has worked hard for us to figure out the property which is suitable. At the end, we got the property that we are exactly looking for. Many thanks to him.

Foxtons Clerkenwell are an incredible estate agents. Extremely responsive and dealt with any queries immediately. Jon was extremely helpful in selecting suitable properties, all of which were above and beyond what I specified. The process to letting a property from them was seamless and definitely somewhere I will be using for any future properties. Highly recommend!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We moved out of the apartment over three months ago and left it in perfect condition. The rental agreement stated that our deposit should have been returned within 10 days, yet we are still waiting. Despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has been resolved.

I called asking for help finding short term lets with only a few days notice and with fairly specific requirements of location and amenities. Zak immediately got to work and replied shortly after with a list of properties to visit. His availability and demeanor were outstanding and I definitely recommend asking for him.

Very disappointing experience with Foxtons due to the handling of our tenancy application.

I’m searching for a buy to let and have yet to make any offers. Jaymie Reilly has shared with me a lot of his time and experience showing me various properties. There are agents I’m avoiding, easily done with mutli-agent listings, and Jaymie is not one of them.

Extremely satisfied with my experience with Foxtons and Ricky Chan. They have a portal that manages all your documentation and information. Ricky was extremely efficient. I met him on a Thursday. He showed me several properties in that short afternoon that all met my key criteria. We negotiated a deal by Monday morning and I obtained my keys by Wednesday. I highly recommend Ricky and the team.

We trusted Greg Nickson to sell our flat recently and he demonstrated fantastic tenacity, communicating with us regularly until the transaction was complete. Thank you Greg.

Mr. Jaymie Reilly was the most sincere person I have come across during my home search as a first time buyer. I could trust him as a person and thus could rely on his advice. I highly recommend Jaymie especially to a first time buyer.

We used Foxtons as part of our flat search, as well as selling our properties. We were particularly impressed with Tia Benkhedidja from the Clerkenwell office who really took the time to understand what we wanted to achieve on our budget. We never felt pressured and Tia was always available to answer questions and accommodate our work schedule to go on viewings. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience with Jean-Pierre Clapes. Jean-Pierre was super efficient and above board, I asked about one flat and told him what I wanted, he was honest about my expectations and took me to see a spectrum that could fit my requirements allowing me to make a decision quickly. Fingers crossed all goes well with the contract and my subsequent purchase.

Very poor experience with Foxtons when I rented a property through them. Firstly, they showed me the property together with another customer (I've never had another agent do this before) and then told us both at the end of the viewing that we wouldn't have an opportunity to negotiate and should only submit our best and final offers. The balance of power today is already in the renter's hands but this is crazy. Secondly, when we agreed our move in date, Foxtons informed me that the previous tenant didn't clean the property so we'd only be getting access at 8pm on the first day (despite paying rent for that day). We'd already booked out moving van and taken a full day off work to move. We ended up sitting outside our flat with all our positions in boxes for over 2 hours waiting for the flat to vacate. Thirdly, there were many issues with the flat. Foxtons agreed with the owner to act as our property manager (presumably earning a substantial fee from the owner) so they were responsible for fixing things. No surprise they took MONTHS to address any of our concerns including fixing the front door lock, taking all the previous tenant's old belongings, and fixing broken light fixtures in several rooms. Several times we had to go to the office in person to get things addressed. The staff was very unhelpful and I highly recommend you do NOT use them, as a tenant, homeowner, or someone searching for a property.

After having my flat advertised with 2 other agents over an 18 month period, and having 2 sales fall through I enlisted Foxtons. Greg Nickson and the whole team at Foxtons Clerkenwell done an excellent job and got me 2 strong offers, during a turbulent time in the market, within months. Not only that but provided guidance and advisory to ensure the sale went through when solicitors and mortgage lenders were struggling to make progress. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell your property in the Area.

The team have been great- Enamul helped me a lot, going above and beyond (I work late and he would do viewings late in the evening for me, show me multiple places that weren’t on the market yet, etc)
