GoogleWe used Foxtons as part of our flat search, as well as selling our properties. We were particularly impressed with Tia Benkhedidja from the Clerkenwell office who really took the time to understand what we wanted to achieve on our budget. We never felt pressured and Tia was always available to answer questions and accommodate our work schedule to go on viewings. Highly recommended.

GoogleAmazing experience with Jean-Pierre Clapes. Jean-Pierre was super efficient and above board, I asked about one flat and told him what I wanted, he was honest about my expectations and took me to see a spectrum that could fit my requirements allowing me to make a decision quickly. Fingers crossed all goes well with the contract and my subsequent purchase.

GoogleVery poor experience with Foxtons when I rented a property through them. Firstly, they showed me the property together with another customer (I've never had another agent do this before) and then told us both at the end of the viewing that we wouldn't have an opportunity to negotiate and should only submit our best and final offers. The balance of power today is already in the renter's hands but this is crazy. Secondly, when we agreed our move in date, Foxtons informed me that the previous tenant didn't clean the property so we'd only be getting access at 8pm on the first day (despite paying rent for that day). We'd already booked out moving van and taken a full day off work to move. We ended up sitting outside our flat with all our positions in boxes for over 2 hours waiting for the flat to vacate. Thirdly, there were many issues with the flat. Foxtons agreed with the owner to act as our property manager (presumably earning a substantial fee from the owner) so they were responsible for fixing things. No surprise they took MONTHS to address any of our concerns including fixing the front door lock, taking all the previous tenant's old belongings, and fixing broken light fixtures in several rooms. Several times we had to go to the office in person to get things addressed. The staff was very unhelpful and I highly recommend you do NOT use them, as a tenant, homeowner, or someone searching for a property.

GoogleAfter having my flat advertised with 2 other agents over an 18 month period, and having 2 sales fall through I enlisted Foxtons. Greg Nickson and the whole team at Foxtons Clerkenwell done an excellent job and got me 2 strong offers, during a turbulent time in the market, within months. Not only that but provided guidance and advisory to ensure the sale went through when solicitors and mortgage lenders were struggling to make progress. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell your property in the Area.

Toby (Culham) at Foxtons Clerkenwell is by far the most helpful and friendly estate agent to date. I can rely on him to know the area very well and on top of that, I actually look forward to meeting him!

GoogleLeona Thompson at the Foxtons Clerkenwell is friendly and extremely efficient. She makes sure that your viewing time is worthwhile. In the end I did not rent through Foxtons. The management is not as good Leona though. However all in all it was a nice experience.

GoogleHad a great experience of working with Greg Nickson and Jaymie Reilly. Always available to answer my questions and give me updates on the progress of my sale. I had used multiple agencies before this but Foxtons were able to get more people through the door than any other and even when an offer fell through, they were able to get more interested parties in and get it over the line. GoogleI am frustrated by the continuous failure of this agency to manage the safety and security of renters. It took them over 6 months to deal with mould issues. Today, the agency gave my house keys to an engineer and permitted them to enter my property without my knowledge. Property managing agent does not appear to care - no response to follow ups and closes maintenance requests/cases even when the issues are unresolved.
