GoogleI sold the house in a market that was like catching a falling knife (some 2 years ago). In hindsight I can now firmly say that Dexter’s got me a great price relative to the others sold since then on the same street. Dexter’s quickly found a new buyer when one dropped out and then when I had a “disagreement” with Dexter’s it was amicably resolved. I used three other agencies so I can say with confidence that while all agencies were friendly and able to bring numerous buyers through the house, Dexter’s had REAL buyers as I received three offers through Dexter’s relative to just one from the other three agencies. Not sure how Dexter’s achieved that but well done.

FacebookThey may look after the properties they sell but be warned never rent a property that they manage unless you want to be stitched up , i wouldn't go anywhere near them if you want to rent , they are in favour of the unprofessional and unreasonable landlords on their books it's all about money with them not principles , just a heads up I wouldn't rent 18 cowdray way off them they can't even work out how much to rent it for ... check it out on their website, they know the windows leak and its riddled with damp we got out when we could it may look nice in the pictures but don't be fooled we put up with it for 5 years with no support from the delaneys team at all ,,,

We are a current tenant and have raised multiple issues with the landlord however Dexters continually give us messages that they are following up on the issue but no correspondence from there on. Issues like a broken fridge took more than 2 weeks to be sorted and we have outstanding issues that have been "followed on" for months.Dexters have shown they will align themselves with the landlord and not the tenant.

When leaving a joint tenancy, all parties spoke to Dexters, agreed everything and notice was handed in. 3 months later went back on explicit guidance to try to extract additional charges from both tenant and landlord. Staff member was unhelpful and lied about past advice given. Do not recommend working with this company.
