Even with Brexit, an Election and Christmas looming, Dexter’s Islington still sold my flat in a slowing market. This was down to the hard work of Izzy and Will, combined with a strategy that was executed to perfection on. Everything discussed was delivered by the Team with dozens of viewings to back their claims of a wide and deep database of potential buyers. Buying a property being sold via…

Buying a property being sold via Dexters was one of the worst experiences of my life. They failed to determine that the property they were selling had a Japanese knotweed issue costing us time and money. We were constantly harassed for updates even after we had given them, then threatened with the seller choosing another bidder. I will never go near this Estate Agent again.

I had the pleasure to deal with Henry at Dexters, it was by far the best service I have received from an estate agent, really going the extra mile to make sure the letting process was smooth and comfortable. I had a quite particular case of a complicated reference check with multiple income sources and an absent landlord for referral which could have been a stressful situation had Henry not walked me through it, communicated efficiently back and forth between parties, and been available when needed even out of hours.

After trying 3 Islington Estate Agents with no success, we moved to Dexters and couldn't be happier. The team are so upbeat and positive and have injected real energy into our property sale - generating a huge volume of interest, and securing concrete offers. I cannot recommend them more highly, we spent alot of time deciding on our agent and checking out options and I am very pleased with our choice. In particular, Geoff and Will have handled our sale with a polite, professional and business like focus - are genuinely passionate about our sale - and are simply the best estate agents we have encountered in our 9 months of buying/selling. Landlords beware!!

Landlords beware!!! Thanks to this company ignoring instructions and locking me into a two year fixed priced contract with no break clauses I am losing money. But they of course are only interested in securing themselves for two years. Never heard of no break clauses but Dexters look after themselves. BEWARE OF HENDON OFFICE!!!

Incompetent top to bottom.I rent out nearly 30 properties with Dexters and have done so for a number of years. Their letting service has always been very patchy but recently they have surpassed themselves by getting pretty much every transaction wrong. Go elsewhere (as I am going to do).

Connor and Martin have called to confirm if there are any concerns. Tbh we have very good tenants as they keep the property well and I am good to them too repairing things rapidly when needed.
