We have had a lot of upgrading work done to a house that had not had a change of tenant for many years, only to then find we needed additional works when it was declared a HMO. Chris and Pam have given us excellent service and achieved this with the tenants in situ, and in difficult circumstances while Covid was still a factor.

I have used Dexters property management for a number of years on one of my properties and would recommend highly. You do hear so many horror stories from friends of unethical agencies and crippling expenses, but Dexters differs.The communication from my Property Manager, Louis Preston has been great and service over the past 2 years has flown.

Despite messaging on a weekend, Mannix was able to find two suitable properties meeting my very specific requirements, and was able to arrange viewings within the day. He is patient and polite ; he did follow up on calls but never rude or annoyingly pushy. GoogleWe worked with Brandon and Ricky, and they are absolutely amazing to help us find the perfect apartment! However, that was before we signed the contract. Ever since we signed the contract, things went a little bit sour. The communication with Brandon is either passive or nonexistent. We tried to ask a few questions or clarifications, and it is a real struggle trying to receive any response of our questions or concerns. I tried to schedule a walk-thru and Brandon scheduled an incorrect date. I sent multiple emails to him asking for correction, without any response. We asked a few questions to Brandon about move-in logistics, again no response at all. I called the office and Brandon is always “on another line”. Of course! I do hope Brandon can continue value customer relationship even after we signed the contract. I would still rate the service as four-star because eventually Ricky got back to me and tied up the loose ends. Overall, I would still recommend their service, but not without any reservations.

Hello Guys!We have rented 3 bed house from Dexters. We have signed contract first 8th Aug. Then when we go to the house for cleaning we get shocked. The house like cowshed:) they did something and we moved 17th Aug. One bedroom Out of use because really strong smelling carpet or something. Now we can’t use another room as well because radiator suddenly getting cold after boiler turn off. Toilet Flush is doesn’t work Etc. We have so many problems we’re waiting for Dexters will do something but today I got email. They’re asking what’s your problem:)) and one of the management manager said if you don’t like you leave the house. :)) it’s been more than 4 Months and I got final mail if you don’t like leave the house :)) My advice if need to rent house from Dexters Check the house EmptyCheck everything even tabs, flush, floor furniture, smell.Because after signing the contract you can’t get solutions.For small problems they are good likeTab changeWashing Machine Change

We have been in this flat for 17 years .Originally it was managed by a private estate agent that was taken over by Dexters a few years ago .At first they were ok but lately we had an emergency with a broken toilet : staff are not interested,been told to wait till I get a phone call ,result since yesterday the toilet has not been fixed .No apology ,nothing!They charge extortionate prices ,then vanish if/when then is an issue .Today is Saturday ,I work from home,I fear that nothing is going to be done until Monday.The minimum I have to give is 1 star but for this type of behaviour they deserve -5.As well staff behaving like this should not be part of their team and I strongly believe that management should act !
