Very average service at best. The agent failed to inform the landlord about our dog, despite us confirming that pets were allowed during the viewing (as stated in the ad). This led to a lengthy and frustrating dispute before the dog was finally accepted.

They go over and above what is needed to follow a purchase through and understand both the practical and emotional aspects of buying and selling property. GoogleThe property i was interested in was not available but still being publicised on the website for quite a while. I felt a little shunned by the staff.
Hi Gem- thank you for your review. As we rent a vast number of properties, it is natural that sometimes properties will go under offer and will then have to go through the process of removing the property off the website. Unfortunately we had just taken a holding deposit for the particular property and whilst it may have been disappointing to you, we will not show any future clients a property where someone has just paid a holding deposit as of course this would be unfair and unprofessional. We would ask in future that we are at least given enough time from having the property go under offer, to having it removed from the portals. We are sorry we were unable to help you but wish you the best moving forward.

GoogleI was on my way to see a flat at 11.30am. I was 10 min late because of the traffic. I've sent a text to the agent at 11.10 and he replied cancelling the meeting. I've ask to wait because I was already on my way, and not so far from the property and he replied that he already left. At 11.20. Really unprofessional.

GoogleI reached out to Cavendish Parker for a property in South Hampstead in May 2021. From my initial call to their office to the move-in day, I had an absolutely wonderful experience with them. A special shoutout goes to Alex who showed me the property and answered all my questions patiently as well as a well deserved mention to Aruna who was prompt, responsive and helpful with all the paperwork and coordination with the landlord. I'm an international student who was moving houses in the middle of the pandemic so naturally my anxiety was at an all time hogh, but Aruna and Alex really helped me throughout the process.
