GoogleNothing but a lovely, stress-free experience finding a new flat through Cavendish Parker. I have to thank Aruna in particular for his kindness, patience, and time whenever I had a question or hit a delay in collecting all my documents. Very lucky to have received new keys and started the move with minimal hiccups. He and Alex have done all they could to ensure that the process was as easy as possible - couldn't have done it without their help!

GoogleMe and my partner are renting a flat through Cavendish Parker and we had a very happy experience with this agency. Aruna was our agent and was extremely honest, helpful and quick to help us with everything we needed. Aruna helped us secure an incredible flat and seems to have a great relationship with his landlords which worked extremely well in our favour! I highly recommend this agency, they are very proud of their business and you can feel this with the service you receive!

GoogleI have had the best experience with this agency. I have felt nothing but happy and comfortable within each step of the way. Alex Vegoda was so lovely and helpful and helped me navigate through the process perfectly and Aruna James was extremely considerate going the extra mile to make sure I was in the loop and get the ball rolling as soon as possible. Nothing but 5 stars for both of them.

GoogleGreat service would highly recommend!!! As a first time graduate looking for a small place to herself, I could not have asked for a better agency to help me in this massive search. I had viewed many flats, and met many Agents, but none had put me as much at ease as Aruna did. He was incredibly friendly, worked hard with my time pressure, communicated with me constantly, and respected my time. Having previously had not so great experiences with housing agents, he really was a breath of fresh air. Couldn't be happier with how the process went.

GoogleI was in touch with Aruna as I was looking for a solution in Muswell Hill. Unluckily I couldn’t go through as I moved to south London for working reason. Anyway Aruna was really kind and professional, the best one of a lot of agent I met I last weeks. If I will come back to north London, I will contact him surely.

GoogleHere are some reasons why Cavandish Parker, which is owned by Aruna and Alex, is so special…I had spoken to many different high street agents and their interest was sluggish at best and dismissive at worst. I’d been looking for a four-bedroom flat for my University going daughter and her three friends for several weeks and I was no closer to getting one than I was at the beginning of my quest. When I rang and spoke to Aruna he was utterly charming from the get-go. I could run out of adjectives to describe how different he was to other agents. Firstly he listened: Furthermore, he was positive, personable, patient, polite, informed, efficient, diligent and transparent throughout the process. He was honest, he didn’t leverage to get me to offer more as other agents did. He made a difficult task seem like a breeze. Apartment searching for ones offspring is a stressful process, he made finding a safe nest in a big metropolis - EASY, uncomplicated and seemless. After a phone call, an email, a bank transfer and a few texts we had acquired one of the most amazing properties you could wish for and we got it for the asking price. It had been listed that day, three people were booked to view it that evening. But thanks to Aruna’s efficiency, we secured it remotely. It meant closing the door on a lengthy search and four happy students were able to enjoy the rest of their summer and not spend every day in a mindless quest to find what seemed like the impossible. The fact they ended up with a stunning apartment in a lovely safe area and didn’t have to live in grotty student accommodation, for the same money, was a huge bonus. If another lockdown loomed and with it the prospect of no on-campus lecturing, the students could enjoy their time in incredible comfort and space. If this country were run according to how Aruna operates it would be the most efficient on the planet! GoogleThe prospect of relocating to London was no doubt a daunting experience. Having spoken to a number of estate agents, both in person and over the phone, I was met with responses indicating that it would be impossible to find suitable properties to rent without paying considerably over the asking price. My initial interaction with Aruna was by far the best and most friendly experience of all the estate agents I spoke to. He was able to identify a suitable property based on my requirements, i.e. location, budget, etc. He was able to provide a wealth of information about the property, area and the process in general, whilst being realistic and not attempting to oversell anything. The whole process was incredibly quick and efficient and I was supported throughout. I was also able to secure the property for the listed asking price, which I had assumed would not be possible based on the advice of other estate agents. Aruna has also gone above and beyond by being flexible to my own needs and being able to answer any manner of question, both regarding the property and otherwise. I also have peace of mind that should any issue arise during my tenancy, I have a reliable source of information and advice through Cavendish Parker. I would strongly recommend Cavendish Parker to anyone looking to rent property in London.

I felt very comfortable meeting Alex at the property, he was very professional and happy to let me look around and take my time inspecting the flat. He gave me information about the neighbourhood and the flat actually looked like it did in the posting. Aruna was an absolute delight in dealing with all of the paperwork and details of the contract. Both Aruna and Alex were very kind and willing to answer all of my questions and ensure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. GoogleI put a holding deposit on a flat, sent all my details the same day as quickly as possible. Only for these guys to tell me 3 days later (after I have sent emails asking what is going on) that apparently I had been beaten to the flat. If somebody had got the flat before Friday why put it up on your website and waste my time when I need to move out as quickly as possible? Dear Mario, Thanks for your review. It was regretful we were unable to assist you. As explained we took your holding deposit in good faith and did not show the property to any other interested clients whilst starting to process your offer. We advised on the day that we had been unable to reach the landlord and that a message was left to explain a holding deposit had been taken. Unfortunately the landlord had already sourced a new tenant by this point and advised us of this when they got back to the message. This was explained to you whilst also making sure your deposit was immediately refunded to your account. Again it is regretful we were unable to assist you this time but wish you the very best moving forward.

The lease and other terms were exactly as he described. There are lots of tricky agents out there, but Alex and his team were straightforward and easy to work with, and they made the process of finding a flat a straightforward process. GoogleBEWARE OF THIS FIRM! DO NOT GIVE CAVENDISH PARKER MONEY UPFRONT - I SUCCESSFULLY SUED THIS COMPANY IN THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT LAST MONTH FOR WITHHOLDING MY OWN FUNDS FROM ME I tried to move into a flat they showed me round in Swiss Cottage earlier this year. They rejected me for the flat, and refused to refund the £1,000 holding deposit! I had to take them to court to get the money back. Please avoid this company, no matter how desperate you are.
Dear James, we were not able to proceed with your tenancy due to your lack of cooperation to provide necessary references. References are something we cannot be flexible on. The landlord did not want to proceed with the tenancy and due to the amount of time the property was off the market, your deposit was withheld. It is a shame it ended in this way however we wish the best regardless.
