YellAvoid at all costs!
The worst experience I have ever had interacting with any business, ever. I spent 6 months in the property and they were terrible as a management company, e.g. the heating system and bath were broken which they refused to fix. When I left they kept my deposit for a month without justification, then tried to claim around £4.5k when I raised the dispute. This was made up of things like £1,200 for a scratch on a bed and £350 for marks on bathroom tiles, both were shown in the check in report. They also tried to get £100 for a hoover which they had told me to dispose of after it caught fire, clearly not PAT tested. Most of their claims were binned by the adjudicator. I also asked for disclosure of some of my personal data from their records, which they refused, that has been raised with the ICO. It doesn't matter how nice the property is, do NOT risk letting through this agency. They will literally break the law to make a quick win if they think they can get away with it.

We were very happy with the service from Sebastian and Amy for the rental of our Barnes house. We discussed the marketing, timing and price with Amy for the few months running up to the rental and this proved to be spot on. We had 3 viewings prior to our house being launched on the website, and received offers from 2 of these, higher than the guide price. Sebastian provided excellent support throughout the process, guiding us and the new tenants on what was required at each stage. We were very happy with the whole experience from start to finish.

If you are renting a flat then I can truly recommend the Battersea Park branch of Chestertons . I've been renting through them now for over ten years and I've hardly had a day when my property has been empty. Their ability to find new tenants, fix whatever needs fixing and manage every detail of the changeover of tenants is truly amazing. They have an excellent team in Camillo Degregorio, Charlie Carter & Andrew Ogley who keep you posted with developments and more importantly just get the job done. You may think this review is a little over the top but I can promise you is no exaggeration.
