GoogleHouse listed late November 2020 - exchange and sold within 60 days! Beautifully marketed and literally had 2 weekends where they brought a dozen or so people over. I could tell they qualified their buyers ahead of time because we did not waste a single second on pointless viewings. Kevin, Scott and Stuart are all the people you want on your side when dealing with Islington/Hackney real estate - the Chestertons dream team! GoogleWe went with Chestertons as we felt Scott knew the area, De Beauvoir, really well and was the agent that showed the most experience out of all the agents we had round. We weren't disappointed as between Scott, Lloyd and Ollie, they provided a no-nonsense approach to selling our property, showing round interested buyers in the minimum amount of visits, causing very little disruption to us. We always had great communication with them and didn't feel hounded or didn't have to chase them for updates either. Both Scott and Lloyd are extremely competent, professional, enthusiastic and eager to get your property sold. Just a cut above the rest! Thank you for all your hard work. We will most definitely be recommending Chestertons again!

They have been really on top of the process of selling our house from start to finish, they have offered excellent advice and at the end of the day they delivered for us in getting us the sale we wanted.
