He listened very carefully to our very particular (and contradictory!) needs then tried to match us with properties. He never let us down. Warmly recommended.

The property and property agency are extremely excellent.I'm so greatful that I found this home.For 6months living in this property the only thing that I've noticed, it's smells weed everywhere.Either inside the lift or in the hallway.This is unacceptable especially to the health of young kids that living in this building.

I have rented 1 bed flat based on Melis Karatay letting Negotiator, the flat has no heating working(it has been week since it is reported, no response from the Chestertons) and as part of fully furnished flat they didn't provide hoover and other basic stuffs. Please don't believe the agent.

GoogleStay away from Chestertons if you can. Terrible, unresponsive agents who only want your money. Urgent repairs are ignored for weeks; no 24h notice for entry/viewings. Absolutely unacceptable.

They increased our rent by £600 a month, forcing us out to move out. On top of that came back with a £££ list of "repairs" such as £100 for 10 nails in the walls.
