I've just renewed my rental contract for another two years with a property managed by Chestertons in Fulham, and honestly, I couldn't be happier with the team I'm working with. Over the past two years, Emma, Ana, Anna, Nieme, and the rest of the crew have provided nothing short of excellent service. Communication with the tenants and the landlord has been smooth, responsive, and supportive overall.I've recommended them to my friends multiple times already. GoogleMy husband and I were very pleased with our experience working with Chestersons - specifically Scott Abraham and his team. Prior to Scott, we had originally hired another "highly reputable" "high-end" agency and an agent who is considered to be "the best" in Islington with a large social media reach to buyers - but we soon found he had a large ego to match and little care for our property. We live overseas and were reliant upon this other agent to make repairs to the house (caused by previous tenants) and to stage it which the agent had promised to do. I flew in unannounced only to find the house in an absolute state and in no condition to show (i.e. door knobs missing, broken loo roll holders, threshold missing from the front door, broken drapes, garden a muddy mess). The agent went on holiday unannounced for a month and when I did get ahold of him, he was incredibly dismissive and patronising and kept touting his reputation. We interviewed many other agents/agencies, but it was Scott who was the most professional - everything from showing up on time, to speaking candidly, providing an honest appraisal of the property. Scott and each of his team members were articulate, switched-on, and treated our property like a priority and they hustled. They immediately brought in potential buyers, kept us appraised of the viewings, and on the one occasion we raised a concern of needing more feedback, Scott acknowledged that need and addressed the issue promptly and professionally. Scott's instincts as to who were serious buyers and his ability to articulate this in a concise and sensible manner instilled us with trust and ultimately is what pushed the sale through in a time period and at a price with which we were happy. This has been a very positive experience for us and we thank Scott and his team greatly. We would absolutely hire Scott and his team again and recommend them to friends and family.

GoogleWe have recently bought a family home through Chestertons. Oliver obviously knows the market very well. I called about one property and had a viewing plus three good alternatives the next morning. He was very proactive and responsive throughout. During the last few days before exchange Oliver was outstanding, working with agents through the chain to push the transaction through for our preferred pre-Christmas exchange date. When we come to sell Chestertons will definitely be our first choice and we have already recommended them to friends.

I found them straight talking and clearly had a really strong grasp of the local market. I was under offer quickly after going to market. There were a few bumps on the way especially in and around exchange but Will was always on hand to provide solid advice and chase both sets of solicitors for a resolution as/when required. I'm delighted with the service provided.

GoogleWe have been customers with the Islington branch for a number of years now and would never go anywhere else for the letting and management of our flat. David (the manager) and his team, in our case John, are just magnificent. John is truly fantastic, always straight on the phone to keep us up-to-date (even outside office hours - the same goes for David) and fully committed to finding us the best tenants. We only recently put our flat back on the rental market and John found us new tenants within a couple of days. He is a pleasure to deal with, courteous, professional but also just lovely to speak to. If you are a landlord looking for new tenants, give John or David at Chestertons a call!

Hello, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused and understand your frustrations. The lettings manager for the office Maya has investigated this complaint and spoken with Charlie in her team, and we can see on the internal log that a text was sent at 8.18am when Charlie got to the office, and he attempted to call just before that. Unfortunately Charlie was unable to contact your partner the night before, as the system he used to send the text message could only be accessed from the office rather than on his personal mobile. Once again we are very sorry for the inconvenience that this caused, and wish you both well in your property search.
