I've been in direct touch with Jusdeep before I could deal with Shalina. They are both very efficient. Very professional and very fast in replying to my questions. Shalina, especially have this capacity to build a strong connection with the landlords and find a way to make both landlord and tenants happy. She also makes the whole process very simple and fast. I also really appreciate the back office efficiency

GoogleBe very careful when dealing with this estate agent. Me and my partner are first time buyer and were looking to buy a new build flat. They showed us a new build property that was not finished. It was on ground floor. We were told that the outside garden is private and will have high fences. We paid a £500 holding deposit. Not only the property was not completed by the time we were told, the garden was half finished with very low fences that made the garden completely exposed to the public which is not the same as having a private garden. The agency didn't even give us the terms and conditions for the deposit we paid - the Ts&Cs is required by law to be given to you by the estate agents when you pay a deposit for any new build property - and when we questioned the fences not being as described they told us that we never said anything about the fences. They would lie to you and tell all you want to hear just to sell to you. After finding out that the garden would be completely exposed (not private) I didn't feel safe to live there as girl and we were no longer interested in buying that flat. We know they had lied because one of the agents told us (accidentally) that the developer didn't get permission for high fences so he had to use low fences. Now, eventhough they knew they were not truthful about the fences and that we had the right to withdraw our offer, they never paid back our £500 deposit. If you want to buy a property or rent, stay away from Oakhill estate agents, that's if you want to deal with honest people, because you won't find them in here.

Alexandra and Pardeep, We are not surprised to see this review. The rating and your words are completely unwarranted based on the current situation. It has been less than a week since you vacated the property (which was beyond your notice period), but you have been persistent on your deposit being released back to you in full when there are significant damages to the property. In fact, even before you handed over the keys to us, you were adamant about it being only after you received your deposit. This is not standard practice, which has been made clear many times. We have continuously been threatened by yourself over email and in-person, and we will never allow for this to be tolerated. Oakhill have never been rude, even after Pardeep was, as well as ignorant towards our property manager unnecessarily. Your deposit is currently going through dispute, due to the condition you left the house in. This is clearly shown on the inventory report which you have a copy of, and you have been made aware of the legal procedures from the very start. Your deposit is held within the DPS, so the expectation that it can just be given to you in cash from our office is not how things work. Should you want to discuss this further, please email info@oakhillagents.co.uk.

GoogleIt's a fantastic and enthusiastic letting agent when you need to start rent a property. But it's in the end of your letting you really know your landlords and letting agent. No information, focus in their figures and try to keep maximum they can from you with their on personal providers for cleaning and repairs. What an experience. Don't bother to be a good tenant and pay rent in time and be helpful in the views and post and more because doesn't matter. They do the good job you don't.
