GoogleSuch a friendly team of estate agents. We are very happy with our rented accommodation and felt very supported by the staff here as we needed to move quite quickly. GoogleHaving experience with several estate agents, Oakhill was very disappointing. Lack of communication, extortionate non-refundable holding fee once agent reassured me that everything was in place and no emails to suggest new listings as opposed to other estate agents.

Dear Mo, We are unsure which property/tenancy this relates too, and have no record of you on file. Please note that any holding deposit will be repayable unless of the terms stated in your offer acceptance form due to adverse references/credit. Having tenants that pass references at the highest level is paramount for our service to landlords, so I'm very sorry that you felt the need to leave a review, but hopefully you found the right home!
