We have just completed a purchase through McCarthy and Booker in Cowes, with Georgie our primary contact. Professional, thorough, and quick to react and respond to any queries we had, Georgie worked hard consistently to support and facilitate what had been a smooth and swift transaction. We would highly recommend them as an agency.

The team at Waterside Properties are extremely friendly and highly professional. We started our search for a place on the Island two years ago and they have been brilliant in helping us make the move. Nothing is too much trouble and they are without question the only agents worth speaking to if you are serious about property on the Isle of Wight. Thank you to the whole team - we got there!PositiveProfessionalism

From the initial contact to the day we completed on our house sale, the whole team at McCarthy and Booker were highly professional yet totally friendly and approachable. No detail went unnoticed in terms of the property details, and all prospective buyers were informed of details that other agents would look over. Having been disappointed with the profession previously we are so pleased to have found the perfect company to sell our beautiful home. Looking forward to the next step of finding our forever home and we have no doubt it will be on the books of Georgie and her fantastic team. Thank you. 😊

Once we started looking for a new family home, meeting Georgie at McCarthy & Booker turned out to be a blessing. At the suggestion & cost of M&B our house was photoed, measured and details agreed ready to go to market immediately, but only when we had found a new home. Staying in touch for 12 months we were lucky to find a new home with M&B, which then made the buying and selling process even more simple. Our house was live on the market for sale within 6 hours of our purchase agreed and over the following weeks our property marketed and the right buyer found through M&B contacts. With the suggestion of good solicitors and a short chain, we then managed to complete the sale & purchase in just short of 6 weeks all expertly managed & assisted by Georgie. If you are looking to sell your home on the Isle of Wight I cannot recommend more highly than working with the tram at McCarthy & Booker - the list of reasons endless !

Absolutely brilliant estate agency! In fact, they make you feel so at ease it doesn't feel like an estate agency, it feels more like you're speaking/dealing with friends! Thoroughly professional and excellent service. Paul, Georgie and Lynda really couldn't do enough for us. If we were ever to sell again, we wouldn't hesitate in calling Waterside!! 5*PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The only property agency I would recommend in Cowes! So proactive and helpful. They know how to work with both the buyer and seller to get the property sold, and went above and beyond in terms of follow up and service all the way through to completion and beyond.

We have recently both bought and sold a house through Waterside. The team are very friendly and skilled in the services they provide. They take special care to understand your requirements when buying and get to know you well as a family. When both buying and selling we were kept well informed of progress and felt reassured at all stages. The careful matching with a prospective buyer made selling very easy indeed. The team show a strong sense of the local community and are knowledgeable and well connected. I have nothing but praise for Waterside and recommend them most highly.
