GoogleChrissie Taylor at Fine & Country gave us by far the best service of all the agents we were in contact with whilst finding our next home. This agency kept us up to date about properties that were yet to reach the market, that they felt we may be interested in. They were also keen to learn more about us in order to make their suggestions more personal. All in all, a great service.

GoogleJasmine Winson at Fine & Country is such a great estate agent. She worked hard to find us somewhere suitable to buy, kept in regular touch, was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and we always looked forward to seeing her at property viewings. Unfortunately for Jasmine we ultimately bought a property through another agent, but if she had got our sale then she’d have absolutely deserved it. Would thoroughly recommend.

What a diva! F&C operate a franchised company and so you are at the mercy of independents but lured by fancy advertising and excessive costs. And therein lies the issue, if the going gets tough….. Clara worked hard, no doubt, but when the going got tough, in a hissy fit, she incorrectly accused me of withholding pertinent facts, and she privately contacted my solicitor, which I found incredible seeing as she had sold an appartment a few doors down the month before! Very disappointed. Not to be recommended.

I can not thank Fine and Country enough for employing individuals who are empathetic and patient beyond belief. My elderly mother felt let down and distraught having used other estate agents, but the team at Fine and Country went beyond all expectations to explain the process and ensure that both she and I were kept informed at all stages of the extremely speedy process of selling her home and buying another one! GoogleMy wife and I were buyers of a house on the island. Fine and Country (F&C) were knowledgeable about the property we viewed and were very responsive as we raised additional queries. Our offer was accepted and the purchase went ahead. F&C maintained good communications throughout the transaction and smoothed out issues as they emerged. As buyers, we were well-satisfied with the service F&C provided. Coincidentally, another F&C branch sold our previous house so we have now experienced both sides of the F&C approach.
