Super easy to deal with and she absolutely knew what we were trying to achieve at every step. If I knew anyone looking to buy a property on F & C's books I would actively encourage them to ask for Chrissie. She's a credit to the organisation (and you don't get to say that very often, these days)

Your kind, thoughtful, phone calls, even staying late on Friday, just in case, was above and beyond. On Monday you gave me the call to say our offered had been accepted. I was up a ladder at the time and you suggested I get off it and sit down. This personal touch added to our experience.

GoogleChrissie and Jasmine have been amazing selling our house. Not only have they worked tirelessly to market it but have been professional throughout keeping me fully updated with the process. They have helped with great advice especially when things became really stressful , always responding to messages ringing back when they said they would and generally being supportive throughout. I can’t thank them enough and in the event of ever trying to sell again,( which I hope will never be the case ) I would definitely use them and highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell their property. GooglePhenomenal and outstanding Professionalism. These are the two keywords that come to mind when it comes to Ross Taylor at Fine & Country IOW. Here at The Media House, we have been working with Fine & Country for 6-7 months now providing them with Real Estate content. Between this time we have come to know the team behind the scenes very well and cannot praise them enough for how far they are willing to go with clients helping to buy and sell houses. Offering a personal 1-1 stress-free service to which you never find them two words put together when it comes to buying and selling but these guys make it a breeze a true 5* experience.

Frightening and traumatic experience: When I got back to Brocco on the Park, a Fine and Country hotel, at 1.30am, sober, after attending a 50th (the reason for my stay) the door was locked. No one answered the phone, nor my knocking at the door, or the doorbell. After many panicked attempts, including calling my husband and waking him up to ask for help, I called my friends whose party it was and got a cab across town to sleep on their sofa. I had very little sleep. At least I had somewhere to go. The hotel had a night porter, but he must have been sleeping on the job. Also they were supposed to give me a code for the door, which they did not do. I was cold, tired and afraid to be stranded on my own in the middle of the night. My essential medications along with the rest of my carefully packed belongings were in the room.
