Fine & Country Cowes Isle of Wight were in our opinion exceptional. We have had the pleasure of engaging with Natalie Miley Associate Director on a few occasions and her help, assistance and professionalism has been second to none. The same can also be said of her team, particularly Jasmine Winson and Chrissie Taylor. We had the pleasure of working very closely with Chrissie Taylor Office Manger and we found her to be incredibly helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble, she was extremely efficient at dealing with, relaying, and responding to queries and generally keeping us very well informed of progress on our property sale. Patient, responsive and professional… all you would want from an estate agency when selling your home. Particular thanks to Natalie who was always on hand with excellent advice and did a great job negotiating my next purchase. Jasmine, who was so patient and professional, showing me round various properties and ultimately recommended my next home. Chrissy who was excellent at providing viewing feedback and negotiated the final deal on my sale. Jasmine worked really hard for us when we were trying to find a new home. We had some quite specific criteria. She always listened and took on board our feedback. Jasmine showed us a number of places and was consistently very professional. She had always done her homework on each place. Jasmine knew the ins and outs of each property and the area it was located in. When she was not 100% sure she did not try and pull the wool over our eyes but was honest enough to say she would have to go and find out. She would then return with the precise answers we needed in an acceptable timeframe. Moreover, Jasmine was also very considerate of my reduced mobility. She was both patient and accommodating.
