GoogleEveryone in the Braunton office was professional, polite, friendly - real people! The valuation was spot on and the viewings were booked efficiently. The brochure was professional and the photos and video were great. Although the sale became a very long, drawn out, stressful experience because of complications down the chain, I received updates every week without fail, and in between as soon as there was any news.

GoogleSophie, Darren, Max and Charlotte recently assisted me in the sale of my property in the Wirral. They are a small team and work very closely together. Each time I contacted the office whomever I spoke to knew everything about the progression of the sale which was extremely helpful and refreshing not to have to repeat all the details. They are all very professional and friendly, gave good advice and were great communicators. I highly recommend them to future home buyers/sellers.

GoogleThe communication between Elizabeth, Jenny and myself was always good. They always got back to me within a few hours if they couldn't be reached. I conducted all of the viewings myself so unable to comment on that side. They helped to sell my house which is the main point, and progressed the sale regulary via the conveyancers and helped speed things along. So all on all a professional and efficient company.

We were greeted by the lovely Debbie, who made viewing the house a great pleasure. Although it sounded cliché we knew straight away that the house was ‘the one’ and Debbie could see that too.
