As a property trader, I deal with estate agents on a daily basis, and I can confidently say this firm stands out from the rest. GoogleThis estate agent are ok, they do their best to sell your property, which happened relatively well, the convincing they recommend didn’t look good on reviews, buy used them, asked some ridiculous questions, trying to say the main road through the village was private for one 😂, but the estate agents themselves are good and easy to work with

If you believe this is incorrect, please email us so we can investigate your query. 25th June 2026, we have not received an email from you and still cannot find any record of contact with with, we therefore deem this a fake review.

FacebookWe've recently purchased a house through Richard James Estate Agents and cannot recommend this agents enough. Chris has been ever so helpful in explaining things to us, sometimes two or three times! We had a particularly bad solicitor who had to be chased for everything and Chris was the person who did this for us as we had no clue on what was needed. I definitely agree with the previous reviews, Chris went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Richard James!

FacebookI recently brought a property curtesy of these guys. I would especially like to thank Chris who dealt with the purchase. He went out of his way to answer any questions or concerns I had and kept me informed of any changes as soon as he knew any regarding the purchase. The day of the move was extremely stressful due to complications and he made several calls on my behalf to help ensure we got in that day which was starting to look very unlikely.
