GoogleA remarkably accurate evaluation of an odd, one-off house was followed by a high-level service up to completion day. They showed patience during our logistical delays and difficulties. We found the whole team to be very professional and nice to deal with and strongly recommend them.

FacebookWe rented from these con artists for 5 years paying money on top of our rent for maintainace we waited 4 years for them to come and paint exterior this didn't happen the bungalow was like a butcher's freezer so called double glazing was knackered the rent went up and up and up so we left the cheeky con artist charged us £400 for damaged carpet which was like it when we moved in and the cheeky f_cker said there was a flea infestation and know I hear they have won an award for their con shop what the f_ck be warned con artist stay well clear

From the moment they walked through the door to completion, they were outstanding and provided everything you need from an Agent - regular contact, good advice, friendly staff and a lot of viewings! I would highly recommend Richard James - a very professional team and definitely not like the stereotypical Estate Agent! In particular, Richard, one of the Directors, was always on hand from the initial valuation right through to giving me advice on how to deal with the solicitors upon completion. Top job and fully appreciated.
