Put house in market with Richard James only, Ollie came round, explained everything to us. Brilliant photos taken of the house, marketed very well. House went on market on a Thurs and sold on the Tuesday, couldn't have been happier. The sale process did take longer than expected but that was not the fault of Richard James. Overall experience was very good. Would recommend Richard James.

As a company we sell many properties and deal with many agents. We didn’t have the easiest property to sell however the team at Richard James Estate Agents persisted with viewings and managed to secure a sale efficiently. We are currently part-exchanging our property, and Richard James Agents have been brilliant throughout the entire process. Ollie originally came out to carry out the valuation on our home and was friendly, professional and really informative from the start. He later returned to take the photos, and it was also Ollie who attended every single viewing, which was really reassuring and nice to have a familiar face each time. As anyone whos been through selling/buying knows, it can be very stressful but Ollie made it feel easy and as stress free as possible. Whenever we had questions or concerns, he had the answers and took the time to reassure us. We were originally told that our house wouldn't sell at all, but Ollie was confident that wouldn't be the case and he was right. Our house sold within a matter of days! Ollie and the Richard James team are phenomenal. We spent months searching for the right home for myself and my partner - being first time buyers this is a daunting process. After looking in the area for months and dealing with other rubbish estate agents we had our first viewing with Ollie, even though the first 2 properties he showed us weren't for us they were 2 of the best ones we had seen... until the 3rd one where we were set on it from the moment we walked in. From us deciding to put a offer in for the property Ollie was with us the whole way and made sure everything was clear and well communicated. After our offer was accepted we had a couple of follow-up visits which were great. Ollie was also fantastic in keeping us in the loop with all our questions and updates. Further to this Ollie actually saved us time and money by sussing out a mistake from our solicitors that we were none the wiser to. This issue could've gone on for months had Ollie not intervened. Great service from getting the house on the market, the sale process and going above and beyond to sort out issues with the exchange and completion. We had initially bought our house from Richard James 14 years ago, after looking for a home that would accommodate our dogs. We were persuaded to go with two other estate agents for selling it, we knew we should have gone back to Richard James who sold it within a couple of weeks.
