GoogleNot a bad word to say. Everyone who visited from their office was professional and helpful. We bought and sold through them and they helped us through the process. Lottie was particularly helpful and after the first visit really knew our house and how to sell it.

Google*almost gave this a 4 star because we unfortunately had not a very good experience with the lawyers they had recommended us. But this was the only thing that was not helpful. My husband and I had Lottie to show us around for viewing a place in Kesgrave. They've been helpful in the process with mediating things and getting us connected with the developer. And we're excited to be getting the new place soon!

GoogleDespite a very tortuous, and unusually lengthy, sale process they showed great tenacity in chasing matters up to ensure the deal made it across the line. Also kept me up to date with regard to what was happening at key points in the process. Would strongly recommend them.

GoogleWe would just like to say how fantastic Lil and Reece have been throughout the sale of our late mums house. Always there on the phone when needed (quite often numerous times a day) and both went above and beyond in helping us with a smooth sale. No problem was ever too big and they was always happy to help. Would highly recommend and use again. Thankyou for all your help.

GoogleWe are selling our house through the East office and they have been nothing but wonderful. Lottie and Tanya in particular have been amazing, friendly and also remained professional. They have really been helping to push things through and help us with our purchase also. They have always updated us quickly and been excellent at answering all our questions. We are so grateful for all the help they’ve given us and continue to do so, highly recommend this branch and definitely go through Lottie and Tanya!

GoogleLiterally the worst, most disingenuous, time wasting, arrogant and patronising pack of liars I've ever had the misfortune to have anything to do with. If I could give minus stars I would. Their reputation is mud within the industry county wide. Go to someone who cares. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.......DONT BUY OR SELL THROUGH THIS SHOWER OF MORONS.

GoogleOn the day of our viewing they cancelled our slot and had to rearrange. They don't do evening viewings. After we put in an offer no one contacted us to say whether it was accepted or not and we had to chase them twice, they ignored our first email.
