As we have just now exchanged and completed on our house sale we thought it was high time to leave a review for W H Brown East. In particular we would like to give a special mention to Manager Tanya who has without question simply gone above and beyond. Nothing has ever been to much trouble and she has always kept us updated of where we were at in the process even when the Solicitors at times did not. She is an excellent communicator and negotiator and it is not hard to see why she is the Manager. Tanya truly is a superb Estate Agent and one that we would highly recommend. We would at the same time like to give special mention to her team of Ryan Lilley and Jay. They are always so helpful, professional and positive. Ryan is a very polite and bright young man who will go far we are sure. We would once again thank and praise Tanya and team for all they have done which has enabled us to start a wonderful new chapter in our life. Thank you all and we really are so truly grateful.

Awful experience, tonight's BBC panorama expose of their sister agency prompted me to write this review. We were trying to buy a property through them a couple of years ago. We had our own conveyancer and mortgage broker. They couldn't have made it harder to buy through them, from not disclosing important facts about the property to not letting the seller know we wanted to conduct a survey. Ryan told us his builder mate had been and had a walk through and all looked fine to him, when asked who this builder was he wasn't forthcoming. Lottie was non communicative and in the end very rude The deal fell through and cost us a lot of money in fees. Don't believe a lot of the reviews, these people are truly as bad as panorama says

We recently bought our home through another agent but had the pleasure to meet Ryan through this encounter, as first time buyers we couldn’t have asked for a better experience whilst looking for our dream home From the very first viewing, Ryan was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive. Buying a house can be stressful, but Ryan made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. Unlike most agents, Ryan knew his stock and you can generally tell there is a compassion to not only sell us a home but to deliver for his client by answering all questions and making us feel comfortable ; he knew every little detail and you can tell he knows what he’s selling. Often contacting me outside his work hours, He was always quick to respond with new listings and updating me on what he has coming up, During our purchase, he helped organise a survey and put it us the right direction with getting solicitors instructed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What really stood out was how genuine and approachable he was, he wasn’t even involved in our sale but was more of an assistance than the agent we where purchasing through, you can tell he truly cares about his clients and wants the best outcome for them. His advice was always honest and helpful, and it made a huge difference during such an important decision. If you’re buying or selling a property, I would highly recommend asking for Ryan. Have been using WHBrown as our mortgage brokers for a couple of years now. As inherent 'haters' of paperwork we have been amazed at how easy the process is made for us.
