Direct reviewsI have always had a very good service from Clare when she has visited and also from Tom and Lee when l have rung up with any problems. Just to let you know Clare, l haven???t heard from the Electrician regarding a visit to see my faulty hob which knocks the power off if l use it, so could you remind him please.

GoogleWe let a property through Belvoir for nearly 4 years and they were great. Always responded quickly to any concerns and maintenance issues, and kept us informed on the progress of matters as our landlady lived abroad. The inspections were a great way to manage the properties and gave a good opportunity to raise awareness of any property deterioration. My partner and I would happily rent another property through Belvoir any time.

Direct reviewsHi, It was an usual experience as the whole buying process from start to finish was done by email. However it worked well and I didn't have the need to pick up the phone. Justin replied to every email promptly and clearly. He was helpful in mediating between the vendors, myself and the solicitors. I am happy with the service.

Should our tenants have any problems they contact us immediately asking permission to send their contractors in to investigate and then if necessary seek our permission to rectify the matter. They take the worry out of letting your property and we have recommended them to many of our friends who are now using their services
