The property was shown to a number of prospective buyers during the four month period the property was listed and always provided useful feedback regarding those showings. We received an all cash, full price offer and closed the sale with absolutely no drama. Very competent representation by S&P, nice people too!!

I recently sold my property in Fulham with Strutt & Parker and I wanted to thank their Sales team and Harry Parson in particular for all the help and support throughout the process. Harry got me a good price as soon as the lockdown got lifted in May 2020 and stayed very engaged with the buyer, both solicitors and myself until completion.

Very friendly staff. However we had to correct and re-write quite a lot of the sales brochure to correct errors. Greater background and checking of prospective purchasers would have helped plus more proactive post viewing feedback and follow up. Achieved a good sale price in the end though.

Got shown around a flat that turned out not to be for us but the viewing agent Shirlie I must say was brilliant. Knowledgeable about the apartment, the area and developer. Tried to come up with solutions to our issues with the property without being pushy or unrealistic in her suggestions.
