GoogleI had the pleasure to deal again with Munro and Noble. 2 solicitors this time: Elaine and Kathleen. I worked with them through the worst time of my life and they kept me right. They helped me beyond the legal stuff. I'm very thankful to this two solicitors. Definitely would recommend and definitely they'll be handling my business and my real estate need in the future

YellPoor communication, poor quality and stressful
The marketing team were adequate.The problems started when we received the offer. No regular updates as promised. I had to chase them at key points and they had failed to give me important comms from the buyers of our land. Incorrect information throughout the process, often one email would contradict the other and this was from one of the Partners! The whole process was incredibly stressful. I ended up complaining and got assurances that they were going to address the issues raised...we'll see! I only gave them 1 star just to get the review on. I'd definitely not recommend!

GoogleMy father was with Munro & Noble for 30 years and up to this point had a good experience. Unfortunately, with some new staff in place our negative experience of the company meant he moved to a different solicitor. We looked to have the fairly simple process of being gifted a piece of land carried out, using solicitors within the same company. This should have meant a speedier process, maybe taking a month or two at most, but 7 months on and we had to pester the solicitors with emails in order to hear from them and move things along. We were met with various excuses as well as documents needing re-signed since they'd lost them, or it had taken so long for them to process it that the document had expired. Had we not hounded them for things to progress, it would have had a significant financial effect on us. We won't be using them again and it's a shame to see what was a good local company slip in it's handling of clients. The one positive from the experience was that it didn't cost as much as we had expected - but that may be due to the dissatisfaction of the service.
