Would not recommend. We were put through so much stress caused by their conveyancing department. Phone calls not returned, incorrect information, conflict of interest etc. We used their conveyancing service to act for us when selling our house. Firstly, they did not check the status of the offer that came in. We had individuals put an offer in on our house of which we accepted on the assumption that Munro and Noble had done their due diligence. Munro told us that they were cash buyers but of course, they were not and required a mortgage. They delayed so much that we were also asked to refresh our home report. Munro were acting for the buyers too so that's where the conflict of interest comes in. At every opportunity, they stalled in returning calls and concluding on the missives while the potential buyers scrambled to get their money together in the background. When we provided them with wording to present back to the buyers solicitor, they changed the wording to suit them cause our requests not to sound so urgent. Their number 1 goal was to secure both the sale and purchase for those they were conveyancing for. This should not be allowed as they struggled to remain non biased on both sides. They also did not want to come out to take proper pictures, fix for sale signs etc as we were 45 mins outside of Inverness. They essentially they did nothing but find a buyer who was already informed by a neighbour that our house was for sale. We definitely would not recommend Munro and Noble despite approaching them due to their online reviews. Buying and selling is stressful enough. We have held off writing this review until purchasing another property. Needless to say, Munro were not approached to do our conveyancing.

What an amazing team! Thanks to Alida and Janice we now have a house. They were patient, professional and explained the conveyancing process for us so we knew what to expect. Always available to answer questions and provide advice. I think they provide the best service in the area and I would not hesitate to use their services again. Thank you.

Very Unreliable with Poor Work Ethics
I phoned 4 times in one week to arrange to put my property on the market. Each time I was advised that "Emma" the sales advisor was available, then she suddenly was "on the phone" or "off sick" or "out of the office". I left several messages and an email asking for a call back to discuss putting my property on the market. None of my phone calls or email were returned. On my final call, where the sales advisor was free and then suddenly "on the phone" (again), I advised if she didn't return my call that day, I would take my business elsewhere. The young solicitor I spoke to was surprised I had not had a return call, remembering that he had taken two calls from me himself. Needless to say, I never got a call back. Deciding this was probably a blessing in disguise as they are obviously unreliable estate agents, I decided no more chances and have gone elsewhere.

Used Munro & Noble back in 2018 for my flat purchase, was impressed at how smooth the process was. I returned to use their services in 2025 for selling my flat and purchasing an onward property, again a smooth hassle free process. Would easily recommend again for future.

100% recomend. The service provided was as good as you could possbile ask for. Alida was great with the purchasing of our house. Laura was amazing with the selling of our house in England! She kept in communication with us throughout the whole process and went above and beyond, even with rather frustrating buyers solicitors of our house on the other end. I could not recomend Laura highly enough!!

A huge thank you to Elizabeth, Duncan, Nicola and the rest of the team for all of their help and advice on the sale of our property. Another thank you to Hamish for all of his financial advice as it is great to work with someone who knows the industry inside out through his many years of experience. Have used Munro and Noble for many years now and always receive 5 star service. Thank you

Up to September 25 we would have rated 5* but have been bitterly disappointed with the lack of service we have received during the termination of our tenancy. Phone calls and emails were not returned even when we stated the urgency required.

Above & Beyond
I recently purchased a property that Munro & Noble were advertising and I received outstanding service from Elizabeth & Rob they were very helpful. I also used Kathleen in the Dingwall office for the conveyancing and the communication I received from herself and Sylvia was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Our experience of Munro & Noble has been without fault. We used their services during a property purchase and conveyancing, and we were kept updated on all steps, with good advice and guidance provided. The lines of communication were excellent and always open. The expertise shown by Bruce and Elaine was first-rate, and above all the pleasantness of interactions with Munro & Noble mean we will choose them in the future when we need any of the services they offer.

We would like to give our sincere thanks to Laura and Freya from Munro and Noble, for dealing with our sale and very stressful purchase in England. Their dedication, professionalism, conscientiousness and attention to detail was faultless. Every email and phone call was answered in a timely manner. They are both extremely competent, knowledgeable and friendly, we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Highly recommended service
We were very happy with the support and guidance given by Munro and noble. It was a stressful time due to selling two houses. My parents were moving from England. So it was difficult dealing with a different system. Both Iain Macdonald and Karen Gunn excelled in their guidance and they gave us lots of reassurance. We would highly recommend the service to others. Thank you very much 😊

Excellent service
Excellent Estate Agent and Solicitors in Inverness, Elizabeth and her team done a great job selling my mothers house, Ian the solicitor handled both purchasing the new house and selling the old one in a very helpful and professional way.

We couldn't fault the work done by Laura and her team to secure compensation for inferior work that was done in a community building. We were kept informed at all stages and any actions they dealt with promptly. If we had any questions, or needed to chat to Laura it was easy to organise a time to call that suited us both. Excellent service.

We purchased our new home which was for sale with Munro and Noble. They were very helpful and each time I contacted Elizabeth she was friendly, efficient and able to answer my queries promptly. All in all a great experience.

I had the pleasure to deal again with Munro and Noble. 2 solicitors this time: Elaine and Kathleen. I worked with them through the worst time of my life and they kept me right. They helped me beyond the legal stuff. I'm very thankful to this two solicitors. Definitely would recommend and definitely they'll be handling my business and my real estate need in the future

This is a great period of time to Invest and earn reasonable profits with great signals on Forex and binary trade, with the help of a woman called Mrs Brayan Patricia, she is the best account manager I have ever known or heard of. She has been helping me. I started with just $500 and now am getting great profits like $5,500 upward. You get to withdraw yourself after 6-7 days of trading ,No extra commissions. We have used Munro & Noble on numerous occasions for both estate agency ( Elizabeth ) and legal conveyancing ( Alida / Kyle ). We highly recommend them and would look no further, as they are our preferred Inverness firm for selling in the Highlands.
