GoogleI don't know what they take the money for.
After viewing a flat, for over a month I've been asking them to email me the reference form, so that I could rent it. I've been emailing, calling and visiting they're office- the answer was always the same: will send it by tomorrow. Only when I threatened to contact the owner of the property and tell them why their flat is sitting empty for over a month, they send me the form. They also mentioned that someone else is already looking to rent it and it's not available anymore.
I wasted a lot of my time. The owner lost at least a month rent.
Feedback link of the agency conveniently didn't work and they wouldn't give me contact details to a manager to complain.

GoogleI had a virtual viewing arranged with Vicky recently, 10 or so minutes late she texted me that she doesn't have enough internet coverage for a video call but she can send me a video if that's ok with me.
It was, but some time later when I enquired about it and requested application form she got back to me saying "I'm sorry someone has paid the reservation fee if it don't go ahead I will let u know".
Would not recommend, especially that she did not mentioned at all that we can pay reservation fee to secure the flat.

GoogleHaving accompanied my friend to attend a property viewing we were dismayed to belatedly learn that having been advised the appointment was scheduled for 1100 hrs.This, despite having arrived at 1020 hrs only to find no one was there to meet us, let alone greet us. Given this we waited an hour or more where upon he telephoned their (HSH) offices only to have been disingenuously advised by some inept female office 'assistant' we should have been there for 1000 hrs. This after their male counterpart, the viewing agent having earlier advised he was running late and that he would quite categorically and un-equivocally arrive in 20 - 30 minute. This, should have been 1120 - 30 hrs? By which time, having been un-duly kept waiting in excess of 90 minutes without so much as post notification, let alone an un-reserved apology, on crutches at that too, about which they had no doubt been earlier advised as such and in excrutiating pain at that too, the incompetents, never arrived, let alone apologised. DISGRACEFUL.

FacebookUnfortunately we found communication and clarification of issues to be poor. As first time sellers, from the moment our house went on the market we heard nothing from ‘home sweet home’ for a month!...We had to chase up the progress of our house on the market and request the feedback from when some viewings commenced. Not what you expect when paying for a service! No advice was offered either.
The website was quite basic in comparison to other estate agents, with frequent ‘error pop-ups’ occurring. This was not updated and our house was not advertised correctly when the selling price changed. The photography of our house could have been better also. (They offered to take new photographs in the nicer weather but never did).
Overall we felt that it was up to us to promote and sell our home. Finally, on our part - we found a buyer who was then directed through the agency. Once the sale was complete, there then was a discrepancy with the fee to pay! Verbal and written communication appears to differ which added to the stress of moving.
