She kept me informed immediately every step of the way and is always on hand for advice and support. She has been invaluable to me in buying my house. GoogleRoss was fantastic from start to finish with our property sale. We thought we had chosen our agent and Ross was the last agent we saw. He arrived the same day that we first made contact with the office and was so enthusiastic and reassuring that we knew after only a few minutes in his presence that he was the right agent for us. Within a day of going to market he received a fantastic offer which was above asking price. In forty years of home ownership, we have never had a property sell this quickly through an Agent. Thanks so much, Ross and Team, you were amazing!

GoogleTravis was outstanding from the get go, very easy to talk to, very respectful, explains everything very clearly. Very honest and clearly loves his job. I'd recommend him to anyone buying or selling. He always replied to texts and emails and was always able to take a call when ever he was asked. We had absolutely no problems with him, he also gave so much invaluable advice that really helped us and best of all he quickly put our house on the market and within a few days had it under offer above valuation. GoogleI found my first contact with Ross 'way back in the spring impressive so I had no doubt about which company I would go with when I changed agent in September. He knew the market and made me feel optimistic about selling my flat. The whole process of putting the flat on the market was professional and easy, and when I have contact with other members of the team, Sienna and Alex, I found them just as professional. They got me four viewings within two weeks and then two offers, the higher of which they managed to put up to a a very reasonable price. I am very happy with the service I have received and would not hesitate to recommend Home SweetHome to others.

The process has been much, much easier than the experience we've had buying a property at the same time elsewhere in the country (which has been unpleasant and stressful!). Home Sweet Home's online marketing is excellent and the sales materials look really professional. Alex is really helpful and friendly and always returns my calls quickly. GoogleEnquired about a property on Nevis Park, Inverness and was told that no offers were currently being considered so proceeded to book a viewing. The property had been on the market since August 2022. Then surprise, surprise, two days before our viewing we were told that the vendor had received an offer and had accepted. Highly suspicious activity and stinks of some kind of "tip off" but I can't prove it. Wouldn't trust these amateur's as far as I could throw them. Buyers beware!!!
This property had a lot of interest and the owner accepted an offer that was received prior to your viewing you were offered an earlier viewing slot. We are sorry you were unable to view and hope you have found your new home succesfully.
