I note you haven’t left any comments relating to your review and can only assume it is regarding your recent valuation request for the annexe adjoining your property? Having spoken to our Branch Manager, I reiterate the advice he gave to you at the time. The annexe has no residential usage, confirmed by the local authority, and therefore we are unable to value at this time.
