We recently bought a place through Reeds Rains and our experience has been very positive throughout. I would specially like to mention Bernard who was very professional and diligently managed to get everything in order. Also Carolina was able to promptly arrange multiple viewings that we requested. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.

We engaged Reeds Rains to sell our parental home. Bernard was excellent in managing viewings in a sensitive manner given the situation we found ourselves in. They were able to give good advice over a turbulent period for the housing market given the political climate. I have found them to be friendly and approachable. Thank you again for your help.

Very helpful from the beginning of the process. From Surinder down to Bernard, everyone kept us updated with the process up until the final moment when everything was confirmed. 100% would recommend to anyone who is looking to move.

Very bad service, Carolina was the person I dealt with over two weeks promised I could view a house, saying next week next, then said she tried to phone but I had no missed calls or voicemail. Now suddenly a offer was excepted. Didn’t even get a chance to view, may of gone higher than asking price!

Nice and friendly staff, and Surinder was helpful right from the beginning of my tenancy till end. He has also given some good advice on purchasing property and also tried to get me a good offer on one of the properties (although it didn’t materialise for other reasons).

EMPLOYEE Mantra even can't speak properly and she was rude and hang up the phone . She was booking an appointment for the viewing without cleaning (COVID) the property and tenant were still occupied the property. Absolutely rubbish customer service and I will not recommend this estate agency.

I'm really happy with this agency. I moved into my flat as a tenant on the 21st July. I didn't have an easy ride with the landlord but the staff in this agency worked really hard to make things smoothe. Both Haroon and Manprete dealt with me and I'm happy with the both of them. They were kind, helpful and professional. The manager also tried hard to get things rolling smoothly. Thank you to you all.

Very unprofessional. Kept me waiting for long time despite having an appointment. The standard of English also very poor.

Thank you to Bernard and Surinder for getting the sale of the house through, trying at times but they persevered.

I would like to compliment Surinder and Bernard on the excellent service they have provided in the purchase of my house. They have been reliable, prompt and trustworthy throughout. They did everything to make things run as quickly and smoothly as possible. By knowing the needs of all parties and communicating clearly with all, there has been a happy outcome. I really do believe you made the difference for me. Your reputation in the area is certainly well deserved. I will recommend wholeheartedly.

You have to keep chasing these people up when things are not in order. Pathetic.
