Excellent Service by Mr. Bernard A. Loughran I had a great experience working with Mr. Bernard A. Loughran, the Branch Manager at Reeds Rains. He was incredibly helpful at every step of the process and went above and beyond to assist me. Although the overall process was slower than expected due to legal challenges and delays from the solicitor, Mr. Bernard made sure to chase things up regularly and worked hard to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Greedy ,Unprofessional , bunch of liars , time waister . Never trust them I had very bad experiences with them one of their house House prices was £425000. i give them offer £445000. Vendor expected the offer they said to me offer has been expected after few days they call me and said to me someone is offering more the 445000. So I ask them how much more theu offering they repay me between 445000 - 453000. So I offer 455000 . Mangers said to me he will speak to the vendors after few days he said the other buyer is giving offer more then 455000. I said this not fair . After 3 months that same house for sale again at same price 425000. I mean 403 Ley Street in ilford. THEY WAISTED TIME FOR BOTH SELLER AND BUYER. I request to all of you please don't waste your time with them Very simple please keep away from them

This is the worst lettings agency I have ever dealt with. The lack of professionalism is shocking, and it took them 8 months to fix a simple bathroom issue during my tenancy. I’m genuinely surprised by some of the positive reviews here because my experience was completely different. Every time I contacted the agency, the staff were rude and dismissive, especially the manager, who seemed uninterested in resolving any problems. Communication was poor, and they showed no urgency or care for tenants. I was told to use a bucket to shower during my tenancy which explains the service they provide. I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable and respectful service.

Avoid Reeds Rains at all costs! One of the worst firms I have ever dealt with. I found a house listed by them on Zoopla and contacted them for a viewing. After submitting an offer, they agreed but demanded I use their broker and solicitor. When I told them I already had my own, they suddenly claimed the house was no longer available. Fast forward two months, and the same house was back on the market. I contacted them again, and they sent me an “accepted offer” without even asking any questions. When I started the conveyancing process with my solicitor, they abruptly informed me that the seller no longer wanted to sell the property. Whenever I tried to contact them their manager always busy or tell me I will update you and never contact back me. Their unprofessional behavior caused me to waste time, money, and effort. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Even one star is too generous. Avoid this company unless you enjoy being messed around!

I highly recommend Reeds Rains Estate Agents in Ilford. In 2018, Bernard sold us our property and this week he Sold it for us to a lovely couple to enable us to move onto new adventures. Surinder marketed the property for us and then Bernard took over and kept us up to date all the way through, the whole procedure took 4 months. I’m surprised at all the good reviews as they’re the worst estate agents I have been with. The landlords were horrible and had no sense of privacy as everytime they came in our house they pretended as if we weren’t there and casually entered each room looking around, without knocking. We were there merely 8 months in and they had visited us at least 3 times. Then later on they requested we move out as they were gonna ‘sell’ the house. The landlord showed up at our house to say this without warning or anything btw, just knocked on the door and expected us to be home. The agents extremely rude doing the move out checks and their interactions throughout the whole thing. Wish I could remember that one lady’s name. The agency and landlords we have now have not bothered us ONCE this far, they came only to fix an outlet and were so respectful of our space they did not go anywhere but the corridor. Please choose your agency wisely!!

I and my 3 siblings had to sell our (parents') property in Gants Hill. Reeds Raines starting sale price was 2nd highest amongst 4 estate agents we looked at. We siblings all live some distance away. There were a range of views amongst us about the value of the house and how quickly we needed the cash. Bernard Loughlan at Reeds Raines Ilford did a fabulous job during very difficult restricted access. His motivation and dedication to get the sale completed at the highest price possible were clear. Extremely unpleasant to deal with. I had been calling every single day for a week regarding a rental property advertised to be told someone will call back. However no one ever did. I called yesterday complaining to Bernard, the branch manager emphasising the lack of customer service. He also told me he will call me back. To no surprise i did not get a call back. Called in to find more excuses and then was being told what and how to leave a review. DO NOT use these guys. They have such a disgusting attitude. Anyone wanting to rent out their property, do NOT use them. They do not care about whether your property needs to be rented out or not. This could very well have been a happy landlord whose property has been rented. However it is not the case due to this embarassing property agents and the manner in which they deal with customers. I will be taking this further to HR or MD. I am leaving review on every platform to raise awareness. Stay well away from these guys!
