From my experience with them I don't recommend at all

Saw an house with them few months ago which I liked but the agent was very rude to me and told me to speed up while I was viewing the property.Second time I viewed an house with them ( didn't know at that time it's the same company as my wife sent me to see this one) everything was agreed with the landlord and then all of a sudden( after giving holding deposit!) Everything got cancelled with no real reason on why the deal got cancelled, when I talked to them on the phone they didn't want to elaborate and were very rude( just like my first experience)This review is totally genuine and don't report this again, this is my view on your poor services and you need to accept it, they also breached GDPR once after I told them to not contact me for removing my reviews, I suggest others that had similar experience with them to do the same, thank you.

Excellent family run agency that care about all clients (both tenants & landlords), highly efficient and provide a personal touch. They might not be on the High Street, but it's easy enough to find & park nearby for free.If something needs to be done, they communicate well, act quickly, and provide cost effective solutions and advice.I originally had 1 buy-to-let property, and got bit annoyed with the previous agent who was keen to charge me & tenants, and send (too) many emails but not very effective in their actions, especially when the tenants left, where agency just 'washed their hands' of any responsibility, and frustratingly avoided communication. Prior to getting my business, and after, they're still as efficient as before.Now I have inherited a further 2 properties; so they manage all 3. My experience of letting agents is limited, but I can tell when someone is genuine and when they're not. These guys are genuine.

Outstanding Service

Excellent service from Cranbrook lettings.I have been a customer of Cranbrook Lettings since they start the business and they are truly good and reliable. They deal with both landlords and tenants in a very professional way. They have a system now which logs all issues and it is always submitted to the landlord immediately so that we can response very quickly too. They are very careful with tenants vetting but also very fair to the tenants.
