I cannot recommend on the move highly enough. Jo and Emma have been absolutely amazing, they have worked so hard making sure things went smoothly, ready to answer any calls, prompt with emails, and relayed information to the vendor and solicitors immediately. I have had such a positive experience with them and I'm gutted I didn't sell my old house with them as I think my sale would have been much less stressful if I went with them!! Thank you for my lovely moving day card and flowers. The attention to detail was so special and thoughtful.

I put my property up last week week with on the move and have just agreed an offer. So far the team have made the process so easy. The pictures were taken professionally which makes a huge difference, the team have all been friendly and approachable. I found the fact that the agents do the viewings really helpful and then Annabelle managed and negotiated the offers received. I was updated after viewings and during the negotiation stage on a timely basis. Everyone in the office is incredibly friendly, professional and polite. I never felt like just a number, my questions/concerns were always treated with respect and care. Online brochure cheerful and agent pleasant. Other than that, very poor customer service. Unavailable after 3pm weekdays and at weekends. Tried to contact several times once my offer was accepted and few days later got a reply. Heard nothing until house completed (even though it was their fault the completion took so long). Brochure falsely advertised the house, which affected my offer. Still no apology. Will never consider using their services to sell my home. Plenty of other competitive and 24/7 available agents out there!
