We honestly cannot thank everyone at Jardine enough for everything they did to help us through the sale of our home. Jardine were the third estate agents we had during our sale, and we genuinely cannot compare them to the other two. They were absolutely worlds apart in terms of their professionalism, communication, support and the effort they put in for us. Our sale was an incredibly stressful and emotional process, and at one point our buyer actually pulled out. We thought we were going to lose our onward purchase and everything we had worked so hard for. However, the team at Jardine went above and beyond and managed to find us another buyer within just 48 hours. Because of their hard work and determination, we didn’t lose our onward purchase. From the very beginning right through to completion, we always felt that they genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always there to answer questions, give advice and help us through what was, at times, an extremely difficult process. We are incredibly grateful to the whole team at Jardine. After experiencing three different estate agents, we can honestly say that Jardine stand head and shoulders above the rest. I have just completed on my house move and used Jardine Estates to sell mine. From start to finish they were amazing , especially Emma and Jo N who I dealt with the most. I often hear “ they are too expensive “ yes they are at the higher end but all I can say is you get what you pay for! My house was on with another company prior to Jardine and they were terrible to deal with so I decided to go with Jardine which is the best thing I could have done! My house sold pretty quick, the communication was good and they were best helpful If you want to make your house move less stressful then use Jardine as you won’t find better in my opinion. Jardine Estates have priceless local knowledge in the Gee Cross area. Annabelle prices property accurately, she understands the local market in a way other Estate Agents do not. Jardine Estates do not hyper inflate market price for business. Our home was priced competitively to sell and it sold at the price we went to market. Jardine Estates marketing strategy was attractive, stylish and personal. Our sale stood out in the myrrh of RightMove. Unfortunately we didn’t receive the service we expected as buyers from Jardine. Upon the day of completion we received message to state that both the integrated oven and microwave were infact broken, but a contact number was provided for someone who had been ‘called out’ to fix the problem. Upon contacting this number it was no longer a number in service. We recontacted Jardine immediately to discuss the matter and have been ignored since. They then reached out on behalf of the seller after no correspondence for 4 weeks to ask could they disclose our personal contact information to the seller with regards to them coming to collect parcels that they needed redirecting. We responded straight to Jardine and highlighted that we were extremely disappointed that they have ignored our concerns and only now responded because the seller had a request. They have since also read and ignored our additional correspondence. Prior to completion we also requested a further viewing of the property, when attending this viewing, all occupants were present despite us requesting otherwise, as they had multiple children running around, 2 dogs and multiple cats, this made it impossible to actually comfortably view the property and as respectable agents should’ve also noticed this. We yet again felt extremely disappointed upon accessing the property for the first time on completion day. It was filthy, Not at a standard you would expect. I understand this is not directly Jardines fault, However, I believe There should be a minimum standard met When purchasing nearly a half a million pound property, and this fell way below the standard I believe anyone would expect, and the people responsible for setting these expectations with the seller would be Jardine. After viewing Jardine as respectable local estate agents, this has completely tainted our view and would not advise use of their services.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with this agency. I contacted them about a property almost immediately after it was listed and received no response for over a week. After the bank holiday weekend, I called to follow up because there was an open house viewing scheduled and we were genuinely very interested in the property. The first person I spoke to told me they would get back to me, but nobody ever did. I called again later that same day and unfortunately the second agent seemed completely uninterested and unable to answer even the most basic questions about the property or viewing process. I understand not every staff member will know every detail instantly, but I would at least expect some professionalism, communication, and willingness to help. It honestly felt like speaking to someone who simply did not care. I find it concerning that an agency representing properties cannot provide basic information to serious potential tenants/buyers. In the end, nobody followed up with me by phone or message despite promising to do so. Very poor communication and customer service overall. I very rarely leave reviews, whether positive or negative, so for me to take the time to write this says a lot about how disappointing this experience was.
