Our branch of Mishon Mackay was the Preston Park office. They were always easy to contact by phone and always professional, calm and reassuring. We felt we were in safe hands throughout the whole process and they were fully focused on getting us to the point at which we exchanged. Many thanks to them, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Generally good, found plenty of potential buyers and traffic didn’t slow down despite them being single agency. Gave good advice on how to price the property.Had to take over the final stages of the sale to keep the buyer happy, but in MM’s fairness this was my choice as I am in sales myself and felt I could handle it better.

We deal with Mishon Mackay's repairs team on a daily basis, carrying out repairs to the domestic appliances in their rental properies. They are a great team to work with. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. A huge thumbs up to Jordan, Maria, Natasha, Gracie and Skye. Keep up the good work, you make our lives so much easier.

I found Mishonmackay to be helpful and professional. One or two small hiccups, mainly solved immediately. Only one issue needed repeating. Would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

Mishon Mackay were helpful, flexible and fast.Whenever we had issues, they were quick to pass on our concerns or assist with our queries. We always received advance notice of any changes or visits to the property. On check out, they were flexible to allow us time to vacate and clean the property.
