Attempted to buy a property from Sharman Quinney which was an extremely negative experience. Staff were rude, unhelpful and even insulting. I was repeatedly told that they didn’t have time for me and that I didn’t understand the process of buying a house. I was also called patronising, talked over and persistently fobbed off. Do not use this estate agent.

GoogleShocking communication and rude manager. Turned up at the wrong house (2 bed terraced despite booking to view 3 bed semi). Turns out another agent had sold it a month earlier and they kept advertised to draw in viewings for other properties. Same thing happened a year ago with different property. Wouldn't sell or buy with them ever. Avoid at all costs!

Unhelpful, bad mouth other businesses and just try to sell how amazing they are rather than listening to the customer! Gave up when they couldn’t get an agreement in principle for me only looking at high street options and trying to demand a 15% deposit! Won’t be bothering with them again!!

I am a landlord and this is by far the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Agents lieContractors try and generate work that is simply not required.Zero customer services On making complaints they simply ignore you.Avoid this agent like the plague l!!

Disastrous. Avoid like the plague. Or just wear a hazmat suit. If you can't afford a hazmat, try and keep some of your deposit to hand in case of emergency. Or, much easier, avoid these crooks and go elsewhere.

Go elsewhere, selling my property during covid with them was a miserable experience. It took 21 weeks to COMPLETE even when I had a buyer. Save your energy and money go elsewhere.
