Googlestarted charging us before the website was online. never answer their phones when you call. every phone diverts to the same number and never answers. the person tasked with helping us get our website online apparently "has no direct line" …

FacebookCommunication has been terrible, internal procedures mean you get passed around to different people constantly. As an overseas landlord you provide an awful service which is why I’m moving my property away from you.
